Experience: Must have two years of verifyable over the road driving experience.

M.V.R.: A current copy of your Motor Vehicle driving Record will be obtained by our company during the screening process. We accept absolutely NO D.U.I. or reckless driving. Speeding and other violations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

N.I.D.A. Drug Screen: Once you have been pre cleared for employment, a pre employment drug screen as required by federal DOT regulations as well as James R. Smith Trucking Co. Policy must be taken. All pre employment drug test submissions must be given at our designated collection site in Cullman, Alabama.
